Celestial Being
Celestial Being is a paramilitary organization formed about 200 years ago, previous to the orbital elevator. Formed by discoverer of the GN Particle and scientist, Aeolia Schenberg. He wanted to eradicate world conflict and created his own resources to make it happen.
